This transfer articulation agreement is designed to help you move forward with confidence, minimize credit loss, and stay on track toward your academic goals.
Through this partnership, DCCC students have access to clear transfer pathways, personalized advising, and on‑site support from Penn State Brandywine.
Transfer Agreement
Our formal transfer articulation agreement outlines how selected DCCC courses apply toward Penn State degree programs and helps students plan:

The following DCCC degree programs are included in the Penn State Brandywine transfer articulation agreement:
- AS in Business Administration → BS in Business
- AS in Business Administration → BS in Project and Supply Chain Management
- AA in English → BA in English
- AS in Psychology → BS in Human Development and Family Studies
- AS in Psychology → BS in Psychology
- AS in Science for Health Professions → BS in Biology

To further support Delaware County Community College (DCCC) students, Penn State Brandywine offers personalized transfer counseling with our dedicated transfer admissions counselor, Danielle Osborne. She works one-on-one with students, in person or virtually, to help them navigate the application process and plan their next steps with confidence.
