Delaware County Community College (DCCC) Transfer Pathway

Transfer to Penn State Brandywine from Delaware County Community College

Penn State Brandywine and Delaware County Community College (DCCC) are proud to partner to support students who plan to transfer and earn a Penn State degree. This transfer articulation agreement is designed to help you move forward with confidence, minimize credit loss, and stay on track toward your academic goals.

Through this partnership, DCCC students have access to clear transfer pathways, personalized advising, and on‑site support from Penn State Brandywine.

Transfer Agreement

Our formal transfer articulation agreement outlines how selected DCCC courses apply toward Penn State degree programs and helps students plan:

  • Download the DCCC Articulation Agreement Fact Sheet (accessible version)
    • Review eligible coursework and recommended academic pathways
    • Use the agreement as a planning tool with your academic adviser

The following DCCC degree programs are included in the Penn State Brandywine transfer articulation agreement:

  • AS in Business Administration → BS in Business
  • AS in Business Administration → BS in Project and Supply Chain Management
  • AA in English → BA in English
  • AS in Psychology → BS in Human Development and Family Studies
  • AS in Psychology → BS in Psychology
  • AS in Science for Health Professions → BS in Biology

If you are interested in a major not on this list,  we can still work with you to help you pursue that degree at Brandywine.

Students are encouraged to contact Danielle Osborne, Penn State Brandywine’s Transfer Counselor for information about course equivalencies, transfer planning, and academic pathways.
