This agreement helps students plan confidently, maximize transfer credit and transition smoothly to Brandywine.

Who Is Considered a Transfer Student?
Students are considered transfer applicants if they have graduated from high school and attempted 18 or more college credits at a regionally accredited institution after earning their diploma. Dual enrollment, test credit, and military credit are excluded.
Transfer Opportunities at Penn State Brandywine
Eligible transfer students can pursue one of Penn State Brandywine’s 14 bachelor’s degree programs or begin a Penn State major before relocating to another Penn State campus to complete their degree.
