Wellness and Additional Resources

Counseling Services offers educational programs of general interest to the Penn State Brandywine community. This allows our office to serve a larger number of students. Please consult the activities calendar, Student Affairs social media accounts, or stop by the Student Affairs office to see what programs are on campus! If you are interested in a program or have any questions please contact our office at 610-892-1270. 

Online Mental Health Screening

The CCAPS-Screen is a mental health screening instrument that assesses the most common psychological problems experienced by college students.

Virtual Mental Health Library

This library includes videos with information about different mental health topics. Some videos provide information about mental health while others provide an introduction as well as practical strategies to help cope with different forms of distress.

Events and Programs

Footin’ It Fridays at Brandywine (Program will restart in the fall – dates to be announced)
Fridays, 12:15–1 p.m.

Limited to 10 students, pre-register here.
Join Brandywine Counseling staff in front of Orchard Hall for a nature walk on Fridays starting at 12:15 going until 1pm. Come get some exercise, enjoy some fresh air and de-stress. 

Other Resources

WellTrack Interactive Self-Help Therapy 

WellTrack is a free resource that is available to all Brandywine students. It can help you to understand your feelings of stress, anxiety and/or depression, and teach you techniques to minimize these feelings. WellTrack is a self-guided and interactive way to manage your mental wellbeing. To register for an account, download the WellTrack app on the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and register using your school email address.
