Speaking at Penn State Brandywine’s spring commencement ceremony on May 4, an accomplished human resources leader shared her journey from “farm girl” to corporate executive and the lessons she learned along the way.
Often sibling relationships get better and more enjoyable as you grow older, and that includes during the college years. Many Brandywine students know this firsthand — the campus currently enrolls at least 20 pairs of siblings and at least five of those pairs are twins.

Penn State University Libraries Short Stories’ “The Other Side” spring 2019 contest winners included 11 student honorees, three faculty/staff honorees, and one local middle school student honoree. Each of the four Libraries Short Stories Editorial Board winners and the People’s Choice winner will receive a $100 Visa gift card. As a student in the Bachelor of Engineering degree with the Multidisciplinary Engineering Design (MDE) option, Mitch Engleka had the opportunity to intern at Southco, a manufacturing company. He received a job offer after graduation and is now mentoring current students as they work on their capstone project.
