The Strategic Communications staff makes every attempt to take photographs at major campus events. Because the office does not have a dedicated staff photographer, there is no guaranteed availability of a staff member to take pictures for each campus event, especially for weekend and evening events. Priority will be given for photos that will be used for campus marketing and communications initiatives.
If you would like photographs taken of a campus event, be sure to contact the Strategic Communications Office at least two weeks prior to your event. If Strategic Communications staff are unavailable or if the request is made for photographs to be taken for a very limited purpose, we have a digital camera to loan to faculty and staff to take photos.
Photo release form(s) may be required before images can be used by the campus. Release forms all always required when an image includes minors.
