In her formative years, Himani Vommi envisioned a future where she worked in medicine. Those plans shifted, however, when she attended her high school’s STEM outreach program. One workshop set Vommi on a path that has led her to presenting her undergraduate research at a national cybersecurity conference.

Brisa Luzzi Castro, a second-year student at Penn State Brandywine, has been named a Newman Civic Fellow by Campus Compact, a national coalition of colleges and universities working to advance the public purposes of higher education.
