Biography
Mike Boas is a Penn State alumnus who began his collegiate career at Temple University as a member of the football team before transferring to Penn State Brandywine, where he played men’s soccer. He later earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University Park campus. During his time at Penn State, he was involved in Greek life and intramural sports while working multiple jobs.
Mike is a seasoned pharmaceutical executive with leadership experience at global companies, including AstraZeneca Pharmaceuticals. He now leads Boas Strategic Advisors, LLC, providing fractional chief revenue officer–level support and advising executive teams on the practical business applications of artificial intelligence.
Mike lives in Exton, Pennsylvania, with his wife, Karen, and their children, Kyle and Erin. Penn State is a multi-generational family tradition, shared by his wife and daughter, his brothers Mark and Jim, and his nephews Brice and Jack.
He is committed to giving back to Penn State Brandywine by strengthening connections with the regional pharmaceutical and biotech community to expand opportunities for students.
