Quantum Leap

Empowering and equipping the next generation of leaders and entrepreneurs with the tools needed to remove limiting beliefs, take action, and live a big life.

Quantum Leap is a professional success initiative and mentorship program offered by Keller Williams. It is a 3-month coaching program consisting of 6 phone calls, open to students and alumni age 18-28. Quantum Leap's subject-matter content may be especially relevant for historically underrepresented individuals, but the program is open to all students and alumni. Membership or participation is not limited in any way on the basis of race, ethnicity, gender, or other protected class.

All Quantum Leap graduates who complete the program are eligible to apply for a "Fund-My-Mission Scholarship" of up to $5,000, which can be used for education, training, coaching, or certifications that align with their personal mission. Although offered by a Real Estate firm, Quantum Leap is not limited to those with real estate or entrepreneurial interests. To qualify for this 3-month coaching program, students must register and participate in the task force's webinars or events.

This interactive learning experience, designed for ages 18-28, helps attendees accelerate their success through proven models and tools they can implement right away; however, participation is open to all applicants regardless of age, race, ethnicity, or other protected class.

What you'll learn

  • Who am I and what do I want my life to be about?
  • How will I structure my life to support this vision?
  • What key relationships do I need to support me along the way?
  • How will I fund my mission so I can make the greatest impact?

While there is a suggested donation of $25, Penn State Brandywine students and alumni should not feel obligated to donate.
