During finals week, Penn State University Libraries offers stress-reducing games and activities to help students relax as they study for finals and complete end-of-semester projects.
Three Penn State Brandywine students, Khalid Jordan (snowman), Madison Ollis (holiday tree) and Esha Thawani (candy cane), volunteered to help Santa Claus at the Santa 101 Trolley in downtown Media. The Santa 101 Trolley allows guests to take a trolley ride with Santa Claus on State Street each Wednesday night through Dec. 20. All three students are members of the National Society for Leadership and Success.
Sixteen students, eight from Penn State Brandywine and eight incarcerated at a nearby county jail, overcame their apprehensions, challenged their ideas about the criminal justice system and studied public speaking during a semester-long course offered through the Inside-Out Prison Exchange Program.

Penn State will celebrate its ninth GivingTuesday on Nov. 28, and Penn State Brandywine invites alumni, students, faculty, staff and friends to participate by showing support for the Penn State Brandywine Emergency Scholarship Fund and Penn State Brandywine Athletic Enhancement Fund.
Penn State Brandywine held its first Mock Shaadi (mock South Asian wedding) on Friday, Nov. 10. A cross-collaboration event with Multilingual and International Student Programs, the Bangladeshi Student Association, and the Multicultural Club, the Mock Shaadi featured traditional South Asian food, dancing, games and more.
