Purchasing a $60,000 mobile video robot to inspect stormwater pipes didn’t fit into Horsham Township’s budget. So officials turned to Brandywine engineering majors, who delivered Stormbot on time and way, way under budget.

Wi-Fi calling now supported at Penn State

To enable cellular calls in areas with weak carrier coverage or in buildings with spotty reception, Voice over Wireless, or Wi-Fi calling, is now supported at Penn State through the University’s primary cellular vendors: AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile and Sprint.

Brandywine takes fourth at USCAA Softball National Championships

Penn State Brandywine saw its season come to an end on Wednesday afternoon at the USCAA Softball National Championships after suffering a 4-1 defeat to NHTI at Firestone Stadium. The Lions placed fourth at the national tournament, one of the top finishes by a Penn State University Athletic Conference softball team in tournament history.
