Penn State alumnus Bruce Ryan, chief photojournalist at NBC10/Telemundo62 – Philadelphia, has been appointed to the Penn State Brandywine Advisory Board. Advisory board members serve as ambassadors for the campus and provide guidance in many areas, including student life, civic engagement, academic programs and career pathways and preparation.
Twenty years after completing her bachelor’s degree at Penn State Brandywine, Veronica McKee, class of 2003, broke the glass ceiling so prevalent in the finance industry and secured a spot in the C-suite of a prominent wealth management firm.
Penn State Behrend awarded 632 degrees at its spring commencement ceremony. Dr. Ala Stanford, a health policy adviser who was named a “Top 10 CNN Hero” in 2021, gave the commencement address at the ceremony, which was held at Erie Insurance Arena.
