Penn State Brandywine campus closes following governor's decree

UPDATE: Penn State Brandywine is no longer closed after Gov. Wolf’s March 25 order. More details here.

The Penn State Brandywine campus will be closed from March 14 through April 3 following an announcement from Pennsylvania Gov. Tom Wolf. During a news conference on March 13, Wolf called for an expansion of mitigation efforts to slow the spread of coronavirus in Delaware County, where Penn State Brandywine is located.

Faculty will continue to teach their courses remotely and students will continue their remote studies. More information about remote learning is available at https://remotelearning.psu.edu/ and https://remoteteaching.psu.edu/.

For students who are unable to leave the on-campus residence hall, arrangements are being made, and more information will follow.
