Penn State Brandywine’s spring commencement ceremony was held Saturday, May 9 at 10 a.m. in the Commons Building Gymnasium on campus. R. Seth Williams, Philadelphia’s district attorney and Penn State alumnus, addressed the graduates and ceremony attendees.
