Approximately 180 Penn State Brandywine faculty, staff, alumni and supporters attended the campus’ annual "Night with the Pride" fundraiser, which supports Brandywine student-athletes. The event featured an appearance from the Phillie Phanatic, who posed with a few of the campus’ trophies. Brandywine teams are the reigning Penn State University Athletic Conference champions in softball, volleyball, men’s and women’s soccer and men’s and women’s basketball.
Nearly 50 Penn State Brandywine students attended THON weekend in support of Alexa Anderson, Matt Hoyer, Deep Patel and Annie Ward—the campus' 2018 THON dancers. Throughout last year, the student club raised $29,600.80 for pediatric cancer, ranking them No. 7 among Penn State Commonwealth campuses.
