Penn State Brandywine recently launched a yearlong celebration of its 50th anniversary with a tip of the hat to fashion trends over the five decades since the campus was founded in 1967. Cyrie Spencer, men's basketball player, wore a 1960s basketball uniform created by Meaghan Daly. With old photos as a guide, Daly used her sewing skills to duplicate uniforms worn by Brandywine basketball and volleyball teams in the late 1960s and early 1970s.
