Students, faculty, staff, alum, and the community joined in for a fun-filled celebration to kick off the 40th Anniversary of Penn State Brandywine!
The festivities began at 11:30 a.m. on the campus lawn. The weather was gorgeous and the cakes were delicious. After sampling 40 cakes in the Tomezsko Building lounge, everyone brought their appetites outside for the mouth-watering cookout while they listened to live Reggae music and enjoyed the games, contests, and raffle. Over 70 copies of The Lion Cooks Tonight, our brand new hot-off-the-presses campus cookbook, were sold and every cake was bought! All benefiting campus scholarships.
To purchase a cookbook, contact Diane Palladino in 105 Main Building. The cost is $10 and all proceeds benefit campus scholarships.
