This multidisciplinary minor is for students who want to complement their major program with a study of the sources of international conflict, peace movements, and peace building.

Students in American Studies, Business, Communication Arts and Sciences, English, Human Development and Family Studies, Letters, Arts and Sciences, and Psychology will find a context for future work in understanding the causes and consequences for violence as well as the non-violent methods of conflict management. The full requirements with the lists of additional and supporting courses are available from the Peace and Conflict Studies minor co-advisers at Penn State Brandywine.

Since courses for the minor double-count with courses for some of the above majors and General Education, often students find they need fewer additional credits to complete this minor. A grade of C or above will count for the minor.
